Welcome to my brand new Britney Spears blog! First of all, let me say that I am a Britney supporter! In this blog I will update you with all things related to Britney including the latest news and gossip and my opinions and viewpoints about Britney. Now I know that my opinions are quite controversial but that's why I created this blog; it is merely a platform for me to voice my passionate opinion about Britney. Is Britney crazy? Honestly, I DO NOT THINK SO. She may have slight mental problems, but who the hell doesn't? Is there any person in this world who is perfectly sane? Britney's every move and action is extremely scrutinized because she is hounded by paparazzi. So what if she speaks in an English accent? Sometimes I myself like to speak in accents etc, Does that make me crazy too? Britney also receives WAY too much slack about being a "bad mother". There are plenty of FATHERS who are poor fathers but people are not NEARLY as critical of them as they are of Britney. Wake up people it's 2008!! There should be NO double standards! I do not feel that women should be held to higher standards than men when it comes to raising offspring. A woman's life does not have to revolve around children. Also, some women don't have a strong maternal instinct. Being a woman is not ALL about being a mom. Of course since Britney has Sean and Jayden she should be a good mom, I just don't feel that she should be held on a higher standard than one would have for a man. I'm all for equality, no more double standards!! Oh and in the latest Britney news, she has been dancing at Millenium Studios last night with a new bodyguard in tow (no doubt hired by her father Jamie Spears, the conservator of her estate). I have a feeling she is practicing for the video of her next single (Break The Ice). That is my favorite Britney single btw. Also, expect to see much less of Brit these days since her father has the reigns now of her estate and of who she gets to see etc. Yesterday was the first time in a long time where Brit stayed in all day (apart from going to the dance studio). Apparently she got in a fight with her new bodyguard because Britney wanted to go eat but her bodyguard apparently had strict orders from Jamie Spears to just drive her straight home. Added a gallery of Brit below. Apparently according to Sam Lufti, whenever Brit's "pink wig" comes out, it "gets bad". Keep that in mind when checking out these pics.
